This is a site dedicated to the happenings of Declan, Liam & Teah O'Neal (and sometimes Chris & Amy).

We will take you on a journey of their lives and the adventures they pursue.

Last night was Liam's Kindergarten program at school. The title of the program was The Wacky Jungle. There are 9 kindergarten classes so the gym was packed. Each class was a different animal of the jungle - with a couple classes being split among each animal. There were anteaters, crocodiles, lions, giraffes, elephants and most importantly MONKEYS - okay, they were only the most important because Liam was (okay, IS!!!) a monkey. He looked so cute. When he got home from school he said that they could wear jeans but he really wanted to wear brown pants so that he looked like a monkey. Thankfully we were just given a pair of brown pants so he was able to wear those. They painted brown shirts in class and made monkey hats so the outfit looked great. See for yourself!!!

The program was really cute and talked about working together as a team. They started the program with a song about the jungle and then each animal group sang a song when they introduced the animal into the program. They ended the program with a song about working together and then the "I love the jungle" song they began the show with. Here are a couple more pictures. I videotaped the program as well and will eventually figure out a way to post videos.

Prior to the program starting Mrs. Franks (the principal) announced that this was the last program for the current music teacher as she was leaving to teach at another school. She has always done a great job with the programs and I know she will be missed greatly.

Well, I am off to the school to see Declan in a tournament in the gym. He is a game called nukem (not sure if that is the right spelling or not). It is similar to volleyball except you are supposed to catch the ball when it comes over the net. If they win today they will play in the play offs next week. Declan is very excited about the game - let's pray for a win. I will post pictures this evening.
