Take Me Out To The Ballgame....

On Saturday my company held our company picnic at the Nashville Sounds baseball game. This is the second year they have done it this way and the kids have been waiting since the end of the game last year for this years picnic.

It was a very busy day...not only did we have the ballgame/picnic in the evening but the boys had a swim party in the afternoon and I had a wedding to attend at the same time. Teah went with me to the wedding while Chris and the boys went to the pool party. We all had a great time at our respective events and meet up at the ballpark.

Our friends, Josh, Julie & Conrad joined us at the game and we had a wonderful evening. It was a great night and the kids really enjoyed the game and all the fun involved. Chris, didn't have the same feelings but toughed it out anyway. The Sounds (the baseball team) ended up winning 10 to 0. After the game there was a firework display and then the kids got to run the bases.

Teah ended up making a friend, of course, and was even invited to the little girls birthday party. Thankfully it is someone I work with and they don't live to far from us (only about a mile) so I am okay with the idea of her going to the party.
